First time using Spears - Waylon and Jordan did an excellent job. I had a leak from one of my units - that other services would simply blow out the drain. Waylon found the problem and told me my options. He cleaned the collected waste and stopped the leak. I will definitely use this company again. Have already scheduled a complete in and out cleaning for both units. And Waylon sings too. GREAT JOB!!!!
These folks do really good work at a fair price and rest assured they understand the meaning of good customer service. Thank you for helping us through a difficult situation...we appreciate your follow up and prompt attention. We look forward to a long relationship.. although we prefer it to be more about maintenance and a a beer when we run into you around town.
We experienced AC trouble on Sunday early evening. Steve was at our house at 10pm to see what was going on. Upon inspection, he determined our outside unit needed replaced. Stated they could be back by 8am the next day (Monday). His team arrived at 8am and had everything installed in 2.5 hours. Great service and I highly recommend.
It was June 30th, around 6pm when I noticed the House was a few degrees warmer that it normally should be. Gave it an hour to cool, went back and looked again and it was a few degrees warmer. Panic set in...it's Saturday night...no way this is getting fixed before Monday. Found Spears on Yelp and called. Arrived in a little over an hour. Took him a few minutes to diagnose the issue, switched out the Capisitor, and that was it. Cool air started blowing almost right away and within 90 min it was back to just the right temperature. It's been three weeks and :::knock on wood::: it's still working fine. This guy is amazing! Can't say enough good things about him. Prompt and trustworthy.
Our a/c quit working early morning on the 4th of July, needless to say it was hot! A friend recommended this guy to me so I called him and found out he doesn't run service calls were I live but said he could try to talk me thru troubleshooting the problem over the phone. He gave me some things to check and I called him several times, he answered each time and patiently walked thru different items to check until we found the problem and got the a/c running again. Doing something like this for a total stranger on a holiday is going above and beyond and is rare these days. When that dreadful day comes that this a/c kicks the bucket for good, I'm calling Spears to install the new system!!!
It's with a heavy heart that I'm adding this. On a Thursday I hired Spears to do a maintenance check on my AC. I said let me know when you can come, thinking he was coming the same day. Well after he didn't say anything about coming that day I just waited. The next day he sends me a text saying he will come in the afternoon and text me an hour before he comes. I said "OK" Well guess what? He never came and never sent me a text saying he couldn't make it. He was never like this. But to me it's disrespectful to not show or even send a text or phone call telling me he's not coming. So sadly I will no longer use him. There really is no excuse for doing this to a repeat customer.
I'm VERY!!!!! sorry for your bad experience.. It is indeed 100% my fault.. please understand that you had called me at a time when I was doing EVERYTHING my self.. I was answering my constantly ringing phone and doing my best to schedule calls while trying to do the job of fixing people's AC.. unfortunately the same thing happened to other customers as well in the summer of 2018.. this is why in September of 2018 I hired a secretary to answer my business line and schedule the calls. everything runs more smoothly now.. if you haven't already found another AC guy please give Spears AC another chance.. THANK YOU
Spears was excellent. Fixed the AC issue, explained things in detail, fast and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
Would highly recommend Spears AC. Very knowledgeable, great work and the best price you'll find. They found the problem with our AC, went out and got the part that day and got it up and running asap. They are also very easy to get in touch with and very friendly. Glad we found them. Want to add something - our AC went out on a day where it was over 90 degrees and it was after 6pm. We called Steve intending to set up a time early the next morning where they could come take a look and instead he came out and fixed it that night. I'm fairly certain he was already home at that point but he came out to fix it anyways (and he fixed it quick!). We really appreciated his time and can't say enough about his company. If we could rate Spears higher than 5 stars we would.
Saved me a lot of time and money compared to everyone else I called, I can't suggest using them enough. Repair was done quicker than expected and the home is comfortable again, thanks so much!
This is a Company that you need to call. Honest hard working. Explain everything. Called out for the heater now our air conditioner. They don't over charge. Tells you ways you can check.
