I am happy to give Steve and his company an exemplary recommendation. His company will be my go to company for any future heating and air conditioning problems. For the following reasons. I seldom write a review because I am seldom pleased with the services I receive. That is not the case with Spears. About a month ago, my central air was. It cooling. I called Spears and Steve (the owner) answered. Within the hour, he was at my home. He diagnosed the problem as a Freon leak. He fully charged the unit so that I would be able to cool my home until a new coil could be installed. That was done two days later. Just last yesterday, my wife and I came home from a day in Galveston to find the outside unit not running. I texted Steve at around 11:30 hoping to get on his schedule for the following day. Steve responded within minutes and 20 minutes later he was at my home. An hour later, he had made the repair and at no charge. He said it was part of his customer satisfaction policy. .

Showed up on a Saturday on short notice, and detected within 2 minutes of arrival that my AC unit had a bad capacitor. They got it fired up right away and verified that it worked properly. They were in and out within 10 minutes. Old-school professionals, couldn't imagine using anyone else for such an important job! Hire these guys right away

Best guy in League City. Had about every company in town come to my house. They couldn’t diagnose the issue and just tried to upsell me. He was the only one who shot me straight and gave me a great price!

Spears just did an inspection and tune up on my AC. Excellent job, very polite, fair price. No attempt to up charge me for superfluous work. Excellent!

Extremely efficient and friendly. I had an issue with my heat and they came and fixed it on Friday. Had another issue with it on Monday night and came to fix it again. Very prompt at responding to messages. After fixing the issue on Monday night it still wasn’t working properly and he came back out to fix it. Will definitely be using in the future. Fairly priced also.

Hands down a five star review. I've relied on Spears for my AC needs for the past 10 years. Each and every time Steve and his office have excelled at addressing my needs and they always go above and beyond. Honest, dependable, and friendly - Steve takes the time to thoroughly figure out what the issue is and explains it to you in plain English. He then goes through all the options and recommends what you need without trying to upsell. My latest experience with Spears AC was when my evaporator coil went on the fritz on a Friday night. I contacted Spears that evening and Steve personally came out the next day (Saturday) to diagnose. Once he isolated the issue to the coil, he put in the call for a replacement first thing on Monday. The coil arrived at their office Monday night and then on Tuesday his team came out and replaced it. Top notch service.

Outstanding all together and nice to talk with. Helped us out of a bad situation with the AC. Thanks again.

Highly recommend Steven. My AC starting blowing hot air on a extremely hot Saturday afternoon, and I called many AC companies, and Spears AC was the only one willing to come out. All others wanted to set up appointments on Monday, which I can't do with my newborn and 3 children. He communicated his arrival times via text, and he was extremely profesional and showed me exactly what was wrong. What I expected to be a super expensive repair turned out to be much less, and I highly appreciate him for his honesty. I highly recommend them! He was in and out in about 15 minutes!

Want to give a big thank you to Spears AC!!! We came home from vacation and our ac was out. My husband called about the issue and Spears diagnosed and guided my husband over the phone how to fix the problem. Can’t get any better customer service than that!! Thank you again!! The Malecki’s
